What we hold

Only what you deliberately send us (e.g. a message via the contact form). We do not run tracking, advertising or profiling on this website, and our sensor systems are engineered so no personal data ever exists — see the Privacy Policy for the technical explanation.

Your rights

Right of access — request a copy of your data.
Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data.
Right to erasure — ask us to delete your data.
Right to restriction of processing.
Right to data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
Right to object — including to processing based on legitimate interests.
Right to withdraw consent at any time.
Right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority (CNPD).

Legal basis

GDPR Article 6(1)(a) consent, 6(1)(b) contract, 6(1)(c) legal obligation, and 6(1)(f) legitimate interests — always the minimum necessary. Compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Portuguese Lei n.º 58/2019.
