Waiting list
Joining the 2028 list is free and non-binding. It reserves your priority position for information, pricing, and configuration.
Deposits
When reservations open, deposits are held in a client account and fully refundable until the reservation contract is signed.
Delivery
Delivery windows depend on site, planning, permits, and configuration. Planta communicates timelines transparently and updates them regularly.
Warranty
Structural, sensor, and Flow Intelligence software components each carry a warranty appropriate to their category and jurisdiction.
Data during operation
Your home's data belongs to you. Planta processes it to deliver Flow Intelligence and never sells it.
